To reinforce these values, students have the opportunity to earn Paw Points for their good deeds and positive actions. Whether it’s helping a classmate, excelling in a project, or showing school spirit, Paw Points are awarded to recognize and celebrate their efforts.

We have set high expectations for our students, confident that they will rise to the challenge. With the support of our dedicated staff and the encouragement of their peers and families, we believe our students will embody the C.A.T.S. values and contribute to a positive and productive school environment.

We are proud to highlight that our 7th grade peer leadership classes focus on building an effective PBIS program that is student-led. These young leaders are taking an active role in shaping the program, ensuring it is engaging and meaningful for their fellow students.

Parents play a crucial role in reinforcing the values of the PBIS program at home. Here are some ways you can support your child:

• Encourage Positive Behavior: Recognize and praise your child when they display good character, achieve their goals, work well with others, or show pride in their schoolwork.
• Set Clear Expectations: Discuss the C.A.T.S. values with your child and set clear expectations for behavior at home that align with these values.
• Model the Values: Demonstrate the C.A.T.S. values in your own behavior. Children learn a lot by observing the adults around them.
• Stay Involved: Keep in touch with your child’s teachers and stay informed about their progress and the PBIS program. Attend school events and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Create a Positive Home Environment: Foster a supportive and encouraging home environment where your child feels safe and motivated to do their best.
